This year’s Sun Bear Navy Cask builds upon past releases and features a blend of Red and Bright Virginias balanced by choice 2020 Thai and 2018 Turkish Izmir grades. Raw, rum-barrel-aged wildflower honey — matured for a year and accented by silver tequila and elderflower — rounds out the blend and introduces a boozy complexity to the classic Sun Bear profile. The result is a deep, naturally sweet mixture with barrel-aged notes of vanilla, charred oak, and toffee — perfect for smoking out the final days of summer.
